The demands on product development with regard to sustainability are constantly increasing. The demand for climate-neutral or at least more climate-friendly products is higher than ever.


Realization of weight- and material reduced components with significantly shortened try-out phases, resource and time savings and if possible potential for the use of alternative materials (e.g., recycled materials).

Design suitable for plastic components

A design suitable for plastics is the basis for an economically manufacturable and recyclable product.


Solutions are often found using morphological boxes. This is a creative technique for identifying and analyzing functional aspects for the development of new products or processes.


Together with the customer we use this method to systematically and comprehensively generate innovative solutions.


The systematic analysis of the elements of a problem or challenge leads to a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the task, in order to subsequently identify the most effective solutions or concepts.


Simulation - Prototypes

In structural simulation, we recreate the component behavior in use in order to optimize design concepts and select materials.


Process simulation is used to virtually model manufacturing processes. This allows the material behavior to be evaluated before implementation in the tool. Filling behavior, pressure requirements, weld lines, fiber orientations and temperature control requirements are determined here. 


Simulation and prototypes save expensive modification cycles prior to series production equipment.
